제가 이번 미국 음식 기행에서 미국에서 맛본 포르투갈식 요리가 정말 맛있었습니다.
포르투갈 요리를 편안하게 바꿔서 본재료의 맛을 살린 요리를 해보겠습니다.
제가 좋아하는 vinho verde인 그린와인을 이용해서 요리해보겠습니다.
그리고 포르투갈 그린와인 맛볼수 있게 한잔씩 드리겠습니다.

포르투갈 북부의 청량한 그린 와인(Vinho Verde)을 넣어 끓여낸 향긋한 조개 요리.
마늘과 올리브오일, 그리고 신선한 파슬리와 레몬이 어우러진 깊은 국물 맛이 있는 요리.
Frango Assado Piri-Piri (실습)
홍고추과 레몬으로 만든 매콤새콤한 피리피리 소스'를 직접 갈아 만들고, 오븐으로 '겉바속촉'하게 구워내는 치킨.
Pastel de Nata (제공)
오븐에 구운 페이스트리는 파삭하고, 커스터드 크림은 입안에서 사르르 녹아내리는 에그타르트.

*수업과정: 요리시간 2시간 / 다이닝 시간 1시간 -> 총 3시간 소요
*앞치마는 제공됩니다.
*와인 콜키지 프리입니다.(예약시 문의 사항에 와인을 가져오신다고 써주세요.)
*주차불가: 옥인제1공영주차장 (도보 7분거리)
주말에는 서촌 길거리 주차도 가능합니다.
