6월에는 오랜만에 fico의 생면 파스타 수업이 돌아옵니다!
이탈리아 요리 수업으로 꽉 채운 여름의 시작을 해보도록 하겠습니다.
넓은 면 parppadelle 를 밀가루 반죽하고 기계에 넣고 프레스 하고 컷팅하여
만들고 바질 피스타치오 페스토에 버무리겠습니다.
밀라노의 대표 요리인 이탈리아의 까츠인 Cotoletta를 미니 사이즈로 만들어
와일드 루꼴라 샐러드와 곁들여 보겠습니다.
마지막으로 여름의 더움을 날려줄 상큼한 이탈리아식 체리타르트인 크로스타타도
차와 함께 대접해드립니다.

*수업과정: 요리시간 2시간 / 다이닝 시간 1시간 -> 총 3시간 소요
*앞치마는 제공됩니다.
*와인 콜키지 프리입니다.(예약시 문의 사항에 와인을 가져오신다고 써주세요.)
*주차불가: 신교공영주차장 또는 서촌주차장(자하문로 7길 12) 이용.
주말에는 서촌 길거리 주차도 가능합니다.
