봄이 시작되는 3월,
프랑스 어디선가 카페에 앉아서 브런치 먹는 상상을 해봅니다.
이번달에는 한국 봄에 나는 재료들로 프랑스 브런치 요리를 해보겠습니다.
브런치로 먹을법한 진한 새우 비스크 스프와 파이지 밀어 계란, 치즈와 야채들을 넣어 만든 키쉬,
봄철에 나기 시작하는 산딸기 넣은 봄나물 샐러드까지.
프랑스 요리들로 봄을 느껴보겠습니다.

*1회 수업 인원 6명 모집
*수업과정: 요리시간 2시간 / 다이닝 시간 1시간 -> 총 3시간 소요
*앞치마는 제공됩니다.
*와인 콜키지 프리입니다.(예약시 문의 사항에 와인을 가져오신다고 써주세요.)
*주차불가: 옥인제1공영주차장 (도보 7분거리)
주말에는 서촌 길거리 주차도 가능합니다.
