2026년 2월 cooking class : 생면 파스타 Ravioli class
2월에는 생면 파스타 수업이 돌아옵니다!
이번달에는 이탈리아식 만두 라비올리를 만들어보겠습니다.
허브와 꽃도 반죽에 넣어 허브 라미네이트 라비올리도 만들고
시금치 물을 넣어 초록색 반죽 라비올리도 만들고
클래식한 라비올리도 만들겠습니다.
소스도 3가지를 베리에이션해서 다양한 라비올리를 만들고 다이닝을 즐기겠습니다.

*수업과정: 요리시간 2시간 / 다이닝 시간 1시간 -> 총 3시간 소요
*앞치마는 제공됩니다.
*와인 콜키지 프리입니다.(예약시 문의 사항에 와인을 가져오신다고 써주세요.)
*주차불가: 신교공영주차장 또는 서촌주차장(자하문로 7길 12) 이용.
주말에는 서촌 길거리 주차도 가능합니다.
